Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Operations Lead opportunity available based in Doral, FL. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Top Secret (TS) Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance.
ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
Our SCITES 2 program supporting US Southern Command has an exciting, challenging opportunity for someone versed in DoD network infrastructure and architecture.
Person hired for our Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Operations Lead will perform the following types of tasks/functions:
- Meet CSSP, CORA, and Authorization and Assessment (A&A) compliance requirements.
- Accountable for capability and readiness of al IT and cyber systems.
- Continually improve and maintain IT and Cyber systems performance. Deploy advanced, secure, and interoperable IT systems to cyber warfighters.
- Posture SOUTHCOM EIE for continuous monitoring vice periodic Authorities to Operate (ATO)
- Implement security measures outlined in DoDI 8500.01 and 8510.01.
- Conduct security assessments and audits.
- Provide subject matter expertise in tailored cybersecurity training.
- Administer access management.
- Provide Communications Security (COMSEC) services and provide technical advice for implementing COMSEC for partner nations (PN).
- Provide onsite and remote scheduling, facilitation, administration, and troubleshooting of network and collaboration services
- Accountable across the entirety of the SCITES 2 program ensuring IT and cyber systems relevant, data-centric, and integrated into USSOUTHCOM decision support frameworks.
- Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
- A BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution or equivalent combination of training, experience and education.
- 12+ years of experience with IT and engineering ideally in support of DoD enterprise environments.
- DoD 8570/8140 IAT III or IAM III (CASP, CCNP, CISA, CISSP, CCISO)
- IT and Professional Certifications such as ITIL4, CDMP, CDPSE, PMP, CCNP, etc.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with automation and containerization.
- Prior experience supporting USSOUTHCOM.
- Spanish Language Proficiency.
- In rare occasions, overnight travel may be required.

- Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
- Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
- May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
