We are currently seeking a Field Service Representative to support operations in Panama. This is a full-time, OCONUS position. This position is contingent upon contract award with an expected award date of October 2025.
What You’ll Do As a Field Service Representative, you will play a critical role supporting a U.S. government border security initiative by maintaining and improving the operational readiness of the Suzuki motorcycle fleet in Panama, ensuring local partners are well-trained and self-sufficient in ongoing maintenance and operations that serve U.S. government missions overseas. You will:
Provide maintenance support for the Panamanian Suzuki Motorcycle Fleet
Offer technical assistance and customer support in the operation and maintenance of motorcycles
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance
Diagnose and repair motorcycle failures
Train local personnel (Inspectors, Supervisors, and Maintenance Managers)
What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
HS Diploma + 5 years providing technical support for Suzuki Motorcycles and experience in maintenance, inspection, and repair of Suzuki Motorcycles
Technical Expertise:
Must be able to repair and/or replace components and subcomponents of the Suzuki Motorcycle
Must be capable of providing written and verbal instructions in both English and Spanish
Certifications:
Must hold or obtain a valid U.S. driver’s license before arrival in-country
Comfortable driving in both U.S. and Partner Nation (PN) environments
Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Travel & Passport
Must be able to travel extensively, both CONUS and OCONUS, unassisted
Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be eligible to obtain/maintain a U.S. Passport
Must be able to work in an office and industrial environment around heavy machinery and moving parts.
Must be able to lift and move materials not to exceed the guidelines set for a one-man lift.
Must be able to work at above normal elevations.
Standard ladder heights (6’, 8’, 10’ and 12’) as well as scaffolding, boom lifts and scissor lifts.
Must be able to perform site visits and carry a laptop computer and other required tools.
