We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to support Command Centers, Communication Networks, and Data Facilities in Rockledge, FL. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date in May 2026. It will be a full-time position, requiring an active DoD Secret clearance.  

This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).  

What You’ll Do  

As a Logistics Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient coordination, accountability, and delivery of equipment, supplies, and inventory operations, that serve U.S. government missions. This role falls under Logistics Manager within our compensation framework. You will:  

  • Leads logistics personnel, ensures coordination of compliant and expedited inbound, internal, and global logistics services.  

  • Manages all warehouses and inventories; tracks all inventory assets; and oversee storage, distribution, and transportation of all equipment, parts, and supplies.  

  • Assures that consumer goods and services are being distributed in a way that is most efficient and profitable.  

  • Reviews contractual commitments, customer specifications, or related information to determine logistics or support requirements, and safety or maintenance plans.  

  • Designs and analyzes the logistics processes and operational solutions used in distributing goods ; identifies and evaluates the effectiveness of all aspects of methods of distribution with the goal of improving operational efficiency advises management on logistics topics; and proposes logistics solutions.

  • Determines requirements to ensure organizational compliance. Handles inventory, processes orders.  

What You’ll Bring  

Required Qualifications:  

  • Education & Experience:   
    • High School Diploma or GED  

    • Six Years of logistics Experience with practical experience in various Asset Management Systems, Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) and Defense Property Accountability System functions to include a min of four years’ experience as a Supply Liaison/technician.  
  • Certifications:  
    • Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.  

    • Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies  

Travel & Passport  

  • Some overnight stays possible.   

  • Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.  

Physical & Work Environment Requirements 

  • Periods of prolonged sitting and/or standing, including desk-based computer work. 

  • Travel between work locations, including company offices, customer sites, and government installations.  

  • Occasional extended work hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.  

  • Transport and use of work equipment, such as laptops and job-related tools, during site visits.  

  • Work is performed in a secure facility where personal electronic devices (including Bluetooth- or Wi-Fi-enabled devices) may be restricted.  

  • Work may be performed in industrial or potentially hazardous environments, including around heavy machinery and moving equipment.  

  • Regular exposure to outdoor conditions and varying weather.  

  • Physical activities may include bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials, consistent with established one-person lift guidelines.  

  • Use of tools, equipment, and machinery as required for the role.  

  • Work at elevated heights using ladders, scaffolding, boom lifts, or scissor lifts.  

  • Communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders through verbal and written methods.  

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work under deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.  

  • Interaction with others in dynamic environments, including situations requiring problem-solving and conflict resolution.  

  • Compliance with applicable medical or travel requirements for certain assignments, including domestic or international travel, as required by governing authorities.
