Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Enterprise Information Environment and Configuration Manager opportunity available based in Doral, FL. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
Our SCITES 2 program supporting US Southern Command has an exciting, challenging opportunity for someone versed in DoD enterprise environments and configuration management.
Person hired for our Enterprise Information Environment and Configuration Manager will perform the following types of tasks/functions:

  • Develop and integrate a comprehensive and cohesive Configuration Management (CM) process to all phases of service delivery.
  • Develop an interoperable EIE architecture.
  • Develop an IT Blueprint for the EIE inclusive of all relevant inputs, outputs, and interoperability conditions.
  • Plan and execute full IT lifecycle management services to include an accurate cyber and data-informed service catalog aligned with USSOUTHCOM missions and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain an IT Current Environment Record and Service Design Plans (SDP)
  • Develop mission-specific architecture frameworks based on mi
  • Continually improve and maintain IT and Cyber systems performance.
  • Optimize and automate EIE processes to remediate technical debt.
  • Accountable across the entirety of the SCITES 2 program ensuring IT and cyber systems relevant, data-centric, and integrated into USSOUTHCOM decision support frameworks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of training, experience and education.
  • 12+ years of experience with IT and engineering ideally in support of DoD enterprise environments.
  • DoD 8570/8140 IAT II Certification (Security+, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • DoD 8570/8140 IAT III or IAM III (CASP, CCNP, CISA, CISSP, CCISO)
  • IT and Professional Certifications such as ITIL4, CDMP, CDPSE, PMP, etc.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with automation and containerization.
  • Prior experience supporting USSOUTHCOM.
  • Spanish Language Proficiency.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • In rare occasions, overnight travel may be required.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements.  If this position requires OCONUS travel (listed above), Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil lists out applicable current vaccination requirements by location.
  • Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
  • Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
  • May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
