We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support operations in Kaiserslautern, Germany. This is a full-time, OCONUS position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance. eligibility for NATO Indoctrination and TESA accreditation, other requirements.
TESA certification provides significant tax exemptions for U.S. employees stationed in Germany — along with other great Cambridge provides benefits like housing, COLA, and dependent education reimbursements.
What You'll Do:
As a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer, you will play a critical role in maintaining enterprise ServiceNow solutions that serve U.S. government missions overseas. You will:
Experience in IT Service Management and Service Portfolio modules.
Experience in Vancouver is preferred, as well as experience with version upgrades.
Embody a passion for continuous improvement and innovation, but also be open to take on administrative roles as needed, to include user training.
Required to have ServiceNow Certified System Admin and at a minimum one other Mainline certification.
More About the Role:
Design service catalog items in accordance with customer requirements.
Publish and maintain service catalog items.
Create and maintain service portal pages and content.
Manage customer experiences via portals, pages, and items.
Manage user experiences within the Now platform via homepages, dashboards, and workflows.
Create and maintain application and technical services.
Manage core foundation data, tables & columns, and configuration item (CI) classes.
Create and maintain CI relationship data.
Accurately create, test, and manage update sets in a high paced environment.
Use best business practices to configure tables, forms, and workflows.
Consult on creation and modification of business processes based on knowledge of the Now platform.

Technical Expertise:
Experience with JavaScript and Angular scripting.
Certifications:
Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Experience with Vancouver
ITIL Release, Control, and Validation
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
HTML/CSS experience
SOAP and REST API experience
Travel & Passport
Some overnight stays possible.
Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
Work Environment
Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil.
Office setting:
Primarily an office-based role in Kaiserslautern, Germany
Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site
Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
