We are currently seeking a Quality Manager Representative to support operations in Rockledge, FL. This is a full-time CONUS position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance.
This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).
What You’ll Do
As a Quality Manager Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) that supports U.S. government missions overseas and the Cambridge corporate office. You will:
Lead and manage the Task Order (T/O) Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 standards and contractual requirements.
Monitor T/O performance, compliance, and quality trends, providing analysis and recommendations to leadership.
Partner with the Program Management Office (PMO) to support and enhance quality-related initiatives and oversight activities.
Plan, conduct, and document internal audits to assess process effectiveness and adherence to established standards.
Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps, implementing corrective actions, and strengthening operational processes.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all quality and process documentation.
Own, maintain, and execute the Task Order Quality Management Plan (QMP).
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance and oversight
Certifications:
- Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Current ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
Proficient in English, verbal and written
- Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Travel & Passport
Both CONUS and OCONUS may be required; some overnight stays possible.
Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
Work Environment
Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil.
Office setting:
Primarily an office-based role in Rockledge, FL
Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site
Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
Background & Security
Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation
