We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to support Command Centers, Communication Networks, and Data Facilities in Key West, FL. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date in May 2026. It will be a full-time position, requiring an active DoD Secret clearance.
This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).
What You’ll Do
As a Logistics Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient coordination, accountability, and delivery of equipment, supplies, and inventory operations, that serve U.S. government missions. You will:
Leads logistics personnel, ensures coordination of compliant and expedited inbound, internal, and global logistics services.
Manages all warehouses and inventories; tracks all inventory assets; and oversee storage, distribution, and transportation of all equipment, parts, and supplies.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six Years of logistics Experience with practical experience in various Asset Management Systems, Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) and Defense Property Accountability System functions to include a min of four years’ experience as a Supply Liaison/technician.
- Certifications:
- Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Travel & Passport
Some overnight stays possible.
Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
Work Environment
Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil.

Office setting:
Primarily an office-based role in Key West, FL
Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site.
Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
Background & Security
Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation
